Roles and responsibility for
Change Management Consultant , "MoreOptions", Bangalore :
Overall role Purpose
To assess, control, communicate and report the Change management process transactions with various C&W teams including vendors to optimise and deliver value for the business.
KEY Accountabilities
- Following Change Management process as defined in scope
- Compliance to key SLA’s
- Strive to achieve Operational Excellence
- Customer Change Management
- Own the activities in his/her shift
- Raise Remedy Change tickets based on email and per requests
- Coordinate on impact assessment, work with various team and communicate to customers
- Handling change related queries through email, phone on all planned maintenance activities
- Tracking Remedy ticket governance, queue management and updates/closures
- To take ownership within the shift for end to end communication, assignment and change planning
- To attend the CAB reviews as planned.
- Following Escalations diligently

- Communicates progress, updates and priorities clearly
- Influences colleagues/others to follow and adhere work processes
- Provide feedback and process improvement recommendations

technical competencies (Skills and Experience)
Essential
- Good communications skills – verbal and written
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Basic understanding of telecommunication technologies
Desirable
- 1-3 years of Technology, Telecomm, Service Industry or Consultancy experience
- Knowledge on ITIL framework and terminologies
- Certified in ITIL foundation program
Qualifications
- Any graduate
