Overall Role Purpose

Design, develop and production of service performance reports for external and internal consumption. The analysis of performance data to highlight service improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop service performance reports in accordance with internal standards and customer needs.
• Collate and analyse required data from different sources.
• Produce service reports in predefined format on a periodic basis, making sure that quality standards are consistent.
• Co-ordinate with responsible functions to ensure that the data collected and presented in the reports is correct and accurate.
• Trend analysis to identify recurring service issues.  Highlight these issues to the Service Manager and customer to carry out in depth investigation to support resolution wherever possible.
• Management of workload to meet tight deadlines for delivering all reporting on time.

Key Requirements

Education Level Required (e.g. Degree/certification)

 Bachelor degree in Science/engineering and or relevant reporting/analysis experience.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of Networking
• Proficient in computer operations
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
