Markets supported : Globally – remote / onsite
Minimum 3 years exposure : Servicing Indian clients in ITO space – Network / Data centre / Workplace Services .
Work scope to include :
- Accountable for revenues & margins from the regional operations
- Liaisons with the CIO ‘s for the clients supported .
- Manages delivery for the WPS / Field services teams / EUC / Data centre support teams
- Managed services delivery model exposure
- Participates in client acquisition – RFP responses , solution design , client reviews / assessment . Has a sales blend

- Teams spread across the country
