Job Description 

  • Generation of detailed documents for Specifications and Requirements
  • Testing and Validation of various modules of OSS/BSS/SDP – including preparation and executions of test plan and test cases
  • Generation of detailed test reports
  • Customization and integration
  • Load execution and monitoring
  • Coordination with vendors
  • Providing training – including preparation of training documents
  • Troubleshooting and analysis
  • Data handling and migration
  • Operation and monitoring

 Technical skills and experience in one or more areas shown below: - 

  • Core strength in OSS/BSS/ NMS
  • Knowledge of OSS/BSS implementation for NGN
  • Knowledge of SDP Architecture and framework
  • In depth knowledge of Telecom Standards: NGOSS / eTOM / SID / OSSJ/ CORBA / SOAP/ TMF / ITU-T/ ETSI / OMA / SOA/ 3GPP
  • Hand on experience on the business processes and solutions for Order to cash end to end process, Fault management, Performance management, Service fulfillment and assurance, Network management, Cross domain activation, Inventory management, Service provisioning and activation, Service monitoring and Trouble ticket handling, Customer impact analysis, Mediation/ billing / Interconnect billing / CRM, Service delivery platforms, Quality assurance, Custom developed system
  • BSS/OSS Software Application Integration
  • License Management
  • Portal Operations and Management
  • Report Generation
  • OSS/BSS Training/ Testing and Validation
  • Ability to work under pressure on odd hours/weekends

B.E or above with one of the following Specialization and 70% or more in academics
