As a member of our System E2E Test team, will Design, Execute, and provide best practice guidelines to the field for SmartEdge - our industry leading Multi-Service Edge Router (MSER) product line. Our SmartEdge Service Gateway platform solves a number of problems that would normally require multiple devices - it integrates Ethernet aggregation, IP routing and subscriber management functions all in one box! Typically these functions would be handled by three separate network devices. Therefore, it reduces operational effort and simplifies deployment of new services.

 

The SmartEdge solution helps service providers build broadband networks that can deliver triple play services like: IPTV, Video on Demand, Video Conferencing, Virtual Private Networks, Broadband Aggregation, Wi-Fi solutions, Multimedia Networks, and Edge Routing.

 

  • Design, execute, measure system resource and provide the best practice guidelines to PM, customers focused on MPLS/L2,3VPN and routing protocols (SmartEdge)
  • Interact with product management, software/hardware development team, accout teams and development tests to understand customer/product requirements
  • Develop system E2E test plans and test strategies to ensure that the new features/products meet specifications and integrate with the existing features based on Redback business profiles. 
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce, analyze, and debug critical bugs found during business profile E2E testing as well as customer issues found in the field..
Requirements for job openings for System/ Performance Test Design Engineers, Multiple Clients of Vati! - Best Places to work!, Bangalore:
  • 6-8+ years of development test experience on a routing/switching platform with strong MPLS/L2,3VPN, BGP, ISIS and OSPF network designed skill and hands on experience. 
  • MUST HAVE experience in testing routing protocols : BGP, OSPF, ISIS, PIM, IGMP, IPv4, IPv6, MPLS,L2,3VPN, etc.
  • Good understanding of MPLS, VPLS, VPN with Mobile IP
  • MUST HAVE Strong system analyzing skill to design the algorithm to measure system resource.
  • Solid work ethic, customer focus, excellent communication skill, team player, with passion for delivering world class solutions
  • BS/MS Degree in CS/EE
