Roles and responsibility for Networking Data Voice Positions - Mphasis- L2/L3 , Mphasis, Bangalore, pune, Mangalore:
  • Certifications Must: CCNA/ CCNP/ CCIP/ CCIE
  • Design/Implement and Management of Cisco Unified Call Manager,  5.x, 6.x,series
  • Troubleshooting IP Telephony issues ( IPT )
  • Configuration of T1 and E1 lines (PRI)
  • Configuration of Voice Gateways, and SRST
  • Configuration and Installation of Cisco IP Phones , BAT etc
  • Configuring Class of service and Call admission control
  • Configuring Call Manager features and services
  • Configuration of call signaling protocols on Voice Gateways H.323, MGCP, and SCCP , SIP
  • Good Knowledge / work experience Cisco IPCC Enterprise solution ( PG , AWS , Rogger , HDS , CTIOS/CAD )

Basic Knowledge of CVP ( CVP server , studio , VXML gateways etc
