The successful candidate will be a key contributor within a team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting high quality embedded systems in the area of data/wireless networking.
Required Qualifications / Experience:
- Strong understanding of data networking concepts, TCP/IP and tunneling protocols
- Indepth understanding of VxWorks and Linux
- Linux Kernel and Device Driver experience
- Strong understanding of the product development cycle, technical requirements and project life cycle.
- Good knowledge of programming in C
- Ability to be productive in flexible and dynamic work environments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- University graduate or post graduate in Electronics Engineering /Computer Science or equivalent
- 2-10 years of relevant industry experience
Preferred Additional Skills / Experience:
- Wireless protocol (CAPWAP and 802.11) knowledge/experience
- SNMP, Netconf and Security (RADIUS, AAA, 802.1x) protocols experience a plus
- Bridging (Layer 2) and Routing (Layer 3) protocols
