Work experience requirements: 4 ~ 6 years of experience in the software industry, preferably with service companies. Strong in Microsoft technologies – Silverlight, ASP.Net, C# or VB.Net, SQL Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Should be dedicated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
