Solution Architect / Sr. Solution Archiect, Multiple Clients of Vati! - Best Places to work!, Bagalore & Pune:
- New solution development
- Identify new opportunity areas based on technology trends and market demands
- Work with HP to identify opportunities for skill/ solution development that would result in business growth
- Create business case for technology solutions to get approvals for investments
- Develop service definitions; develop methodologies; service kits
- Develop package solutions; IP conceptualization and development, marketing collaterals, brochures etc
- Articulate differentiators and value proposition
- Develop and manage solution specific partnerships with OEMs
- Pricing and commercialization of solutions
- Prototyping and testing the solution along with delivery SMEs in lab environment
- Business management
- Drive business through consultative selling to HP business verticals and regions
- Manage solution specific P&L
- Thought leadership
- Stay current with technology-specific solutions, their markets, and selling strategies
- Competitive offerings, trends and innovations
- Develop a culture for a high-end technology team – through arranging internal seminars; knowledge management practices, delivering Point of Views through webinars, Podcasts etc at external forums
Skills required:
- Education - Degree Level or Equivalent within the IT Services Industry
- Minimum 8 Years Experience in Product management/ solution architect
- Must have developed commercially successful solutions in the Infrastructure domain
- Good understanding of product/ solution lifecycle. Concept à design à implement à improve
- Good understanding of infrastructure technologies across two or more of the following
- Server and storage technologies- Desirable
- End-user computing - Desirable
- Infrastructure applications- Desirable
- Emerging technologies – cloud, grid, green computing etc - Desirable
- Network and Communication technology-Mandatory
- Security technologies- Mandatory
