Modality Security Representative/Engineer is responsible for finding and reporting the security related vulnerabilities that exist in Patient  Monitoring products.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Track monthly Microsoft patches and determine if vulnerabilities exist in S&W products. Work with project and platform teams for assessments.
• Report assessment findings on a customer-facing web site.
• Periodically run network-based vulnerability tool and review results.
• Build new operating systems using Microsoft embedded tools with apply newly released patches. Create release media for design transfer to manufacturing and the installed base.
• Perform verification at both the platform and application level for compatibility. These tasks include documenting the plan, procedures, and results of each verification activity.
• Design and implement a regression testing framework to help simplify this monthly verification activity.
• Perform US Dept. of Defense (DoD) verification activities on S&W products. This includes executing both automated and manual tests and providing appropriate documentation to the DoD.

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering in any of the following areas: Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on application-level security with deep understanding of Microsoft Windows and other Operating Systems based products
• Knowledge of C/C++/Java and security tools for vulnerability testing
• Experience in working with global teams   
• Strong communication skills
