As part of GNAM Operations, the T2 Engineer will be required to perform the following basic functions:

Essential

• Must have a keen technical inclination to learn several technologies and not specialize in only one technology
• Should have in-depth Networking Knowledge
• Should have in-depth exposure to DNS, DHCP, Linux OS, Load Balancers and Proxies.
• Expertise in building Unix, Linux, Solaris and Windows servers
• Must have RHCE Certification. In Addition, MCSE or Solaris certifications would be preferred
• Good analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Pearl or shell scripting skills would be preferred

Desirable

• Windows and Unix/Linux Operational and Administrative skills
• In Addition, MCSE or Solaris certifications would be preferred
• Vulnerability Assessment and scripting skills
• Pearl or shell scripting skills would be preferred

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in managing Linux Servers, Applications based on Linux platform
• Must have RHCE Certification. In Addition, MCSE or Solaris certifications and scripting skills would be preferred
