- Work closely with customers, implementation staff, clinical staff and developers. Analyze user tasks and workflows and document use cases.
- Derive and document system and detailed functional requirements for Clinical Business providing requirements flow down traceability.
- Document the requirements documents (URS) and functional specifications (SDAS).
- Come up with UI wireframes for the Clinical Business requirements and perform prototyping
- Collaborate with software developers and testers on system design and effort estimation.
- Work with project managers to prioritize and identify dependencies across technical development phases
- Provide Consultation And Technical Training To Support And Implementation Teams
- Developing tools and process in support of requirements lifecycle management
- Work with cross-functional team to deploy demo and training systems including realistic use cases and demo data that best displays the capabilities of the system
Guide the definition of technical performance criteria and reliability profiling
4+ years experience in requirements analysis or business analyst or implementation/consulting. Experience in the healthcare domain is a great plus.
2. Bachelor or Master's Degree in Medical Informatics, Software Engineering or related areas.
3. Demonstrated clear and concise writing skills
4. Demonstrated ability to run effective customer focus groups, training session or product demonstrations
5. Good computer skills to understand and discuss Clinical Business platform requirements with customers and developers.
Demonstrate conceptual understanding of client-server applications, and service oriented software.

4. Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills
5. Knowledge/Experience on interoperability standards like Hl7, IHE Profiles and Healthcare domain.
6. Experience in a regulated environment, e.g. FDA
7. Knowledge/Experience with Agile or Iterative Development.
8. Training or degree in User Centered Design or Human Factors
