Roles and responsibility for Tech Specialist- Java,j2ee, Top-3 Indian IT Organisation, Bangalore :

-Developing new web application modules on top existing FileNet web application using Adobe FLEX
 -Experiance in design and development of full phased RIA using Adobe FLEX
 -Creative in designing rich and user friendly UI screens using Adobe FLEX
 -Good at using FLEX reporting components all other advanced data driven components
 -Must have worked on FLEX integration with java web layer using blazeDS/Spring/Hibernate etc..
 -Must have knowledge on data driven FLEX components development      
 -Must have good knowledge in J2EE application design and development
 -Expertised with robust, secure and mission critical J2EE web applications development
 -Must be a expert in Adobe FLEX3/Adobe FLEX Builder/blazeDS/AJAX
 -Good to know DOJO/JSON frame works
 -Good knowledge on Java-J2EE/Spring/Hibernate/XML
 -Knowledge on oracle database and SQL
 -Knowing FileNet will be a add
 -Experiance in working with onsite/offshore environment -Good problem soving skills
