Primary skills:
- Teradata V2 R 5 and above - ( Exp 4+ Years ) with TCRM (Teradata campaign relationship management)
Optional Skills:
- Unix Scripting
Role:
- Team lead
Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in coding Teradata SQL, BTEQ, MLOAD, Fast Load, Fast Export scripts with UNIX-MPRAS, Windows platform
- Main frame experience is added advantage
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring the project as per the schedules
- Responsible for the deliverables
- Troubleshooting and addressing production issues in Teradata/TCRM Jobs like bug fixing, Performance Tuning and Enhancements
- Manage multiple tasks & assignments as a team player with effective communication skills
- Must have relevant experience working in a production support environment & related processes
- Must have hands-on experience with job scheduling, monitoring etc
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self starter and able to work on a list of objectives without supervision
- Expertise in data warehousing, ETL programming, and fulfillment of data warehouse project tasks including data extraction, cleansing, transforming and loading
- Work allocation and monitoring team members
- Reporting project status to Customer and interacting with customer
- Good understanding of DW concepts including star schema, facts, dimensions, Staging area etc.
