Voice Specialist, "MoreOptions", Bangalore :
A proven track record in supporting Voice Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) particularly Avaya G3R / Index / CMS / iSDX / REALITIS Siemens platforms and configuring localised call delivery of customer calls.
- Proficient in supporting TDM end points.
- Strong understanding of cabling systems such as 1308 and CAT5.
- Exposure to multi vendor contact centre technologies, ACD, IVR and CTI
- Experience in 3rd Party liaison for fault management and escalation
- Able to adapt quickly to new systems, technologies and processes
- Strong documentation skills both writing and reading, ability to review and critique design documentation
- Knowledge of and familiarity with the ITIL Service Management principles
